Dec 30, 2005 -- The Lobby Door Entry Access system is not able to recognize the entry code to open door and has been called in for service.
However, a visitor can dial a unit# and talk to resident(The resident will have to physically let visitors in). Have visitors press red button when finished to shut off the red light(You will not be able to open the door with the red light on).
Please make your visitors aware of this. A notice has been placed on entry system.
