Please  know that Management needs to be notified 48hrs in advance of any move-ins/out including large single furniture, appliances, etc. so elevator key can be provided to prevent elevator doors from damage and unnecessary down-time and charges.

Additionally large items such as furniture should be left next to the dumpster, not in front of or in dumpster but next to near the recyclables.
