Please be aware that due to a computer error the monthly condo bills for November 2005 were not sent to the unit owners at The Hill at Furnace Brook.  RoBeck is looking into this matter.

Whatever the outcome,  you must still pay the condo fee by the 10th of the month in order for the building to pay it's bills and continue operating.  If you fail to pay by November 10 you will be subject to the same $35 fines as normal.
