Reminder that work equipment, appliances and other large items should be brought in and out through the rear exit of the building. Do not use the front exit.

Someone by accident spilled/sprayed paint on the front stone entrance and tried to clean it up with mineral spirits causing the stone to bubble and ruin. This has made a mess of the front entrance.

Please remember to remind contractors to use the rear exit. This also applies to when moving in and out of units.
