Notice is hereby given under Chapter 148, Section 13 of the Massachusetts General Laws that Timothy Piper d/b/a Highpoint Apartments LLC has filed an application for Fuel Storage License and a permit to store gasoline in the tanks of vehicles located on the premises and within the premises located at 4 Highpoint Circle, Quincy.  A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at 10:00AM in the Council Chambers, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, Mass.
