Please be aware that exit signs are being installed in the hallways and all paths exiting the building. 

Sited by the insurance company, the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requires that residential buildings with 12 or more units be provided with illuminated exit signs at all exits.

Ladders, tools and working materials will in the hallways so be careful when passing through the working area.  There will also be drilling and other noises.
