RE:      Parking Sticker and Towing Reminder

Please be reminded that anyone who parks without the appropriate sticker on their vehicle is subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 

Parking stickers are preferred on the rear window or other visible area not obstructing the driver’s view. Do not put sticker on tinted glass. 

The Parking Sticker Request form is available in the Laundry Room and online at www.thehillcondo.com.

Please be aware the parking lot is currently at full capacity and we cannot issue any new second car sticker requests at this time.

Please note Tow signs are installed around the building and towing monitoring is most focused overnight 10:00pm to 5:00am.
