Dear Unit Owners,

On 10/17/2023, the Board of Trustees voted to increase the master insurance policy deductible to $25,000 per unit for all perils.  This increase will be effective on 11/15/2023.

Reminder that Unit Owners should purchase/update HO-6 Homeowners Insurance and to make sure it covers up to the new Master Insurance Policy Deductible.
