Dear Owners/Residents,

Please know that a dangerous situation occurred on Sunday at approximately 12:30 in the afternoon. Once again someone from the area of 603, 503, 403,303, 203, is throwing their cigarette butts out of their window and landing on the cars below. Last time it landed in the mulch and caused a fire. Please be advised that you should never throw cigarettes or any product that is on fire over the balcony. Mulch is very flammable.If you must smoke please put your cigarettes or any other product that is being smoked out in an ashtray or metal can and throw out after it is distinguished. There are containers at each entrance so pls use them when exit/enter building.

Additionally it has been reported that people are working on their cars in the driveway. Per the Master Insurance Policy NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO WORK ON THEIR CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY.

Anyone caught throwing cigarettes or working on their cars in the driveway will be fined.
