Dear Residents,

The semi-annual fire alarm test INCLUDING UNITS and the fire pump test with Mass Fire will be on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 starting at 8AM. This should take approx. 4 hours. You are required to be home for this annual test or have a representative or neighbor with a key. Failure to gain access to your unit will result in a $100 fine and cost to reschedule your inspection. Please, if you rent out your unit it is your responsibility to make sure your tenant, yourself or a representative is there to allow access. If John does not have a key to your apartment please email him, John Cadorette <thehillcondo@verizon.net>to make arrangements to give him a key.
