Dear Residents,
If you will be disposing of a real, undecorated Christmas Tree, it must be placed next to the dumpster, either Friday, January 7 or Friday, January 14. Your tree must be out for pick up prior to 7:00AM. Greens from wreaths can also be collected with the trees if the sprigs are pulled from the wire or plastic framing and placed in a neat pile or bundled with twine.
Please make sure that all decorations (ornaments, lights, tinsel, etc.) are removed prior to disposal. The trees and greens can only be chipped into mulch if these items are removed.
We kindly ask that you make every effort to not drag your tree in the hallways or leave a trail of pine needles. If you could wrap it in an old sheet or a tree disposal bag, that would be very helpful. Please remember, if you do use a plastic bag of some sort or disposal bag, it must be removed from the tree after you are done. It cannot be left on the tree. The removal company will not take it if so.
