Dear Unit Owners:

As you may be aware, the National Weather forecast is predicting a potential storm/hurricane to hit the area this Sunday.  The current forecast is for high winds, heavy rain with potential flooding.  We are requesting that you please take precautions in preparation of this storm as there may be power outages, downed trees, flooding, as well as the potential for property damage.  Great North Property Management has already placed its full staff and preferred vendors on call starting tomorrow to respond to any emergencies that may arise.  Should you have an emergency, please call our office at 508-594-6100 and hold for the emergency line.  We ask that you be patient as we may be experiencing high call volumes or power outages.

Some suggestions for preparing for a Hurricane are:

1.  Remove items on decks and balconies, or other items stored outside.
2.  Close all windows and doors tightly.
3.  Be aware of the latest weather forecast.
4.  Make a kit stocked with critical supplies, including flashlights, cell
     phone, water, food, important documents and medications.
