Elevator Update Summary:  New elevator equipment is estimated to start arriving in 6 to 8 weeks and then installation which could be several more weeks after. With Great North's assistance, the Board is securing a $291k loan resulting in a two year or 24 monthly payments from each owner based on unit square footage with an option to pay up front to avoid interest. More details being sent by Great North to unit owners in the coming weeks.
