Subject: Roofing Replacement Project

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that starting on Monday, May 20^th the ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT WILL BEGIN AT 7AM.   

There will be "No Parking" beginning Sunday night May 19^th  in the last four (4) spaces on the entrance side on the right. 

A dumpster will be placed in those four (4) spaces for debris from the roof.   

IF THERE ARE ANY VEHICLES IN THOSE DESIGNATED SPACES ON MONDAY MORNING, THEY WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE. 

It is estimated to take 4 weeks working from 7am until 5pm.   Please be cautious of the workers and equipment on site.   If you live on the top floor please close your shades for privacy.
