RE: Mail Theft

We recently had a report of our lobby mailboxes being tampered with and alleged mail theft.

We are unable to identify the person on the security camera so if you have any information to the identity of this person please notify property management at 781-455-6565.

The US Postal Service and Quincy Police are also investigating.

Please check for missing mail, checks, credit and debit card transactions, bank statements, etc and report any discrepancies immediately.

Reminders:

Do not let anyone in our building you do not know and report any suspicious activity to the Quincy Police. 

Unit owners and tenants are held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Remove your mail packages and boxes as soon as possible from Lobby and inside table area.

Do not leave outgoing mail that an identity thief could steal such as credit card bills or anything with social security numbers or other personal information on it.
 

Report mail theft immediately to the related delivery service (USPS, UPS, Fedex, Amazon,etc) and notify Quincy Police, Property Manager and Trustees.
