Hi,
City of Quincy has updated the rules for recycling - see link below for new flyer.
Most important for our new green recycling barrels:
do NOT put plastic bags in the barrels
do NOT put food or garbage in the barrels

Any resident or owner Not following these recycling rules could be subject to fines.
