IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Trustees and some residents have contacted The Management Company to express their dismay regarding lack of respect people are showing their fellow neighbors and the building. This includes rowdy behavior at the pool, unruly behavior causing The Police to be called and a lack of common sense when disposing your trash. The building you live in is a Condominium Association. Some of you are renting and others own their apartment. People of all ages live in the building and everyone must be respected. You are asked to respect the building, grounds and your neighbors. A new fence was installed recently and the Trustees are working on other upgrades such as new LED Lighting to be installed in the building. There are other projects that will be announced once contracts are approved. Attached is a handbook outlining the Rules and Regulations. Please read them and abide by them.
The biggest issue is Improper disposal of your Trash. TRASH IS TO BE PLACED DIRECTLY IN THE DUMPSTER. NEVER THROW YOUR TRASH OVER THE FENCE. NEVER TIE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE THE FENCE. NEVER THROW YOUR TRASH ON THE GROUND. IT IS TIME TO RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND KEEP IT CLEAN. THIS IS YOUR HOME. Because of the continued laziness of some there is a rodent problem around the dumpster. You must tie up your trash before disposing in the dumpster directly. DO NOT Feed birds, squirrels, or any animals on the property.
We have started to recycle at the building. Please read the attached notice that outlines what can and cannot be recycled. There are 4 bins next to the dumpster for your recyclables. Since we are just starting the recycling if the bins become full, put any excess in the dumpster. We will get more bins if necessary.
Please keep the noise/music level down in your condominium and refrain from throwing anything off your balcony including Cigarettes as this has started fires in the past.
It is against the insurance policy to allow cars to be worked on in the driveway. Do not work on your car/truck/van/suv/motorcycle in the driveway.
Please use common sense and respect your building and the grounds. Thanking you for your anticipated cooperation.
FINES WILL BE ASSESSED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE CORRECT PROCEDURES AS OUTLINED ABOVE. Please report to management or trustees any violations you witness.
