Please be aware the front lobby door cement landing is being replaced at no charge with cement tile like squares because the original cement had cracked and been determined to not hold up.  The new cement should withstand expansion cracking. The repairs should last a couple weeks.  This results in the front lobby doorway being inaccessible while these repairs are being made.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
