A friendly reminder when walking your pets to please use the area behind the dumpster. If you are not able or uncomfortable using this area then you must pick up after your pet.
In the Rules and Regulations:
7. Pet owners must clean up after their pet if any excrement collects in a common area.
This includes the side yard picnic area.
A violation is subject to $50 fines or more.
