A reminder when using unit contractors to include a removal fee for off-site disposing of large and/or hazardous items such as refrigerators, stoves, plaster board, bathtubs, etc.
The dumpster is not to be used for large debris or hazardous items.
Also, please remind the contractors to break up any cardboard or wood so that it can fit easily in the dumpster and not leave these items outside the dumpster.
Any resident in violation of the above will be subject to fines of $100 or more.
