We have a city ordinance renewed each year that allows no lifeguard as long as no one swims alone, but can be revoked at any time by the Quincy Public Health Department which would cause the pool to be shut down.

Please find someone to swim or sit with you when using the pool.

There is a $100 fine for anyone caught swimming alone.
