Please do not throw cigarette butts off the balconies. There have been numerous cigarette butts littered on the ground below the balconies.

Anyone caught doing this could be fined at least $100 to the unit.

Also, a reminder to use the smoker’s outpost gray containers located near the entrance and exit doors to dispose of cigarette butts before entering the building. There is no smoking allowed in the common areas.
